Sales & Marketing Lead - Fintech

What You Will Do

• Aligning and reporting promo budget to Fintech-Payment leaders & COFE
• Managing product growth and improvement related to marketing to support business performance, e.g: personalization, automation, discoverability
• Creating projections and estimation when executing campaigns
• Help to monitor the Fintech-Payment growth of OKR numbers to help BU achieving the numbers by designing strategic initiatives and deciding on the actionable items related to marketing, at the same time managing the business sustainability by doing promo optimization
• Leading Fintech-Payment Sales & Marketing projects & initiatives to serve the performance growth by doing excellent execution including ideations, execution and monitoring
• Managing all promo planning and promo results
• Creating insights and assisting the team for every marketing initiative/strategy based on historical learnings
• Leading the marketing communications and liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Driving end to end strategy for key campaigns and liaising with stakeholders e.g: cross functional collaboration and strategic partnership (internal & external)

What You Will Need

• Familiar in product marketing, fintech, banking or e-commerce industry
• Ability to write, read, and speak fluently in Bahasa and English
• At least 7 years of working experience in marketing strategy or related field
• BA/MS in Management, Communication, Technology Industry, preferably with a Marketing concentration or related major
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team and has strong leadership skills
• Have a good visual design taste and am able to construct decks
• Solid in analytical thinking and data processing
