(Fintech) Credit Risk Manager

:

• Address and resolve issues related to Credit Risk, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting.
• Regularly review and refresh existing policies to keep the team updated.
• Liaise with third-party entities such as verification vendors, phone service providers, and other vendors including Dukcapil, Pefindo, and SLIK.
• Collaborate with the management team on updates regarding SOPs, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and other operational matters.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, including quality, productivity, KPIs, etc.
• Work with the Risk committee to refine SOPs based on new policies, ensuring effective communication to vendors, internal CAs, and other divisions.

Your Qualification:

• Prior experience in peer risk management (covering areas like personal loans, banks, P2P lending) is a plus.
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in risk management concepts.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to effectively manage teams, with a capacity to oversee 10-50 members being a distinct advantage.
