Manage operations and finances of business

Conduct research and analysis, planning and design of each IT development system and application

Make strategic plans for the implementation of information technology in accordance with company policies and monitor all implementation

Ensure all IT systems run smoothly and decide on solutions if problems occur

1. Own General Regulation Certification of Fintech Peer-to-Peer Lending by AFPI

2. Manage the business and develop business strategies according to the company's vision and mission

2. Done fit and proper test by OJK is preferable

3. Have an exceptional English ability (speaking,writing, reading)

4. Understand the regulations that apply to P2P companies

5. Have insight and broad customer base

1. Proficient in using office software, with good data analysis skills;

3. Responsible for coordinating team information and resources, liaising with partners and resolving their questions;

Prior experience in peer risk management (covering areas like personal loans, banks, P2P lending) is a plus.

Collaborate with the management team on updates regarding SOPs, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and other operational matters.

Proficient in risk management concepts.

Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to effectively manage teams, with a capacity to oversee 10-50 members being a distinct advantage.

Address and resolve issues related to Credit Risk, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting.

Four or more years of work experience in product management

Oversee the development and management of real-time systems to record revenue and costs

Bachelor's degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies Management, or equivalent

Create detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the tech team

Strong business acumen, supply chain mindset and B2B product experience is a plus point

Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
