Managing product growth and improvement related to marketing to support business performance, e.g: personalization, automation, discoverability

Managing all promo planning and promo results

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university from any major discipline, preferably Management, Communication, Business, or Engineering

1-2 years of experience in sales/business/product marketing in financial services/technology/FMCG industry

Outspoken, good communication skill and data presentation both verbally and in writing

Responsible for marketing communications and/or promotions for GoPay, GoPay Coins, GoPay Pinjam

Partner with business team to define an effective promotion plan with efficient budget to ensure business target achievement

Ability to work as a part of a team, and build relationships with cross-functional team groups & division across all levels
