Job Description

Role Description

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients is crucial.
  • Preparing accurate insurance quotes and proposals is an important task.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements are crucial in insurance sales.
  • Sell insurance products and services to potential customers. Insurance sales representatives may need to reach out to individuals, businesses, or organizations to pitch insurance plans and policies.
  • Building a strong network of potential clients and referral sources is crucial for insurance sales success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products and services is essential. Should be familiar with different types of insurance, such as auto, home, health, life, and business insurance.


Requirements

  • Willing to work on site in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
  • Have a good Self-Motivation and Drive
  • Have a good communication skill and Interpersonal Skills
  • Min 2 years experience as Retail General Insurance sales
  • Ethics and Integrity
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications used in insurance sales.
