Sales Associate for Indonesian Crafted Spirits

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help us promote and sell our exceptional range of crafted spirits. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and potential clients to expand our customer base.
• Promote and sell our diverse range of crafted spirits to both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to educate customers about the unique qualities of our crafted spirits.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying timelines to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in and willingness to learn about liquor products, specifically crafted spirits.
• Previous experience in successfully handling multiple projects with varied timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-manage effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the beverage industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
