Digital Project Associate Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Associate, who will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, client relationships, and product development within our digital agency. This role combines the responsibilities of an Account Executive, Project Manager, and Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong client management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and scope project requirements, estimate resources, and prepare project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources effectively, and optimize project workflows.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the project team, ensuring all members are aligned and working towards project success.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for each project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, developers, and digital marketers, to design, develop, and implement digital projects that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals for new business opportunities, showcasing our agency's capabilities and value proposition.
• Provide comprehensive project management, client management, and communication throughout projects, ensuring a deep understanding and interpretation of client needs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and project management.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress against established goals.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and platforms.
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in project management, successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital agency. Experience in other related fields will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
