Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing renovation projects and ensuring they are carried out efficiently.
• Assist in preparing Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for renovation works.
• Support in addressing any issues or challenges during the renovation process.
• Support surveying and conducting assessments to determine renovation requirements.
• Assist in reviewing the Detail Engineering Design (DED) for renovation projects.
• Assist in managing communication with contractors and other third-party service providers.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degrees in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or relevant fields in the engineering sector will be preferred.
• Min 1-2 years of experience in the civil and construction sector.
• You should be excited about working in a startup that aims to drive change in the real estate sector.
• Prior experience in the civil and construction sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
