Project Strategist Associate Jobs

Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in developing Warehouse Management System will be a plus

Monitor and track the progress of process improvement initiatives, and report results to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or consulting background, preferably in a manufacturing environment/projects.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as SQL will be a plus.

Support surveying and conducting assessments to determine renovation requirements.

Min 1-2 years of experience in the civil and construction sector.

Prior experience in the civil and construction sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Assist in overseeing renovation projects and ensuring they are carried out efficiently.

Assist in preparing Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for renovation works.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, project finance, or related field

Hands-on experience of project management and/or consulting in international investment projects in sectors relevant to climate mitigation and adaptation.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Carbon market, environmental finance and / or commodity market experience a plus

Hands-on experience of project finance , investment structuring and evaluation

Experience in a Project Finance or Corporate Finance development environment at a consultancy firm or corporation is a differential

Has experience in the working environment with the government officers and/or project management unit at the ministry;

Experience in handling of web based management systems would be preferable.

Monitor project activities, drafts related status reports, identify shortfalls in delivery, budget overruns, etc., and brings to the attention of management

Full time availability for project management support duties is essential;

Regular capacity development and trainings to relevant staff of the country partners on finance, procurement and/or any other administrative rules/regulations;

Synthesis of lessons learned and best practices on Finance and any other operations issues;

Experience and solid knowledge on various donor’s reporting requirements;

Experience working with the government officers and/or project management unit at the ministry;

Minimum 7 years (with Secondary Education) or 4 years (with Bachelor´s degree) of professional experience in the field of development.

Full time availability for project management support duties is essential;

Regular capacity development and trainings to relevant staff of the country partners on finance, procurement and/or any other administrative rules/regulations;

Synthesis of lessons learned and best practices on Finance and any other operations issues;

Prior experience in project management (marketing campaigns, campus events, etc.) is a huge plus

- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

-Tech savvy with excellent organizational and technical skills

-Great written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English is a plus

-Minimum bachelor's degree majoring Industrial Engineering(fresh graduate are welcome)

At least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clear out all the operational-related issues

Responsible for end-to-end promo and campaign execution

Working closely with the product and quality check team to ensure no error in Tokopedia promotion execution

Generate new ideas and explore new ways to identify new channels to reach our target buyers

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, product, etc.) on promo execution
