Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, processes, and technologies, and ensure alignment with best practices in process improvement
  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, using data analysis and process mapping techniques
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects across the downstream processes, including developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas, such as Product Management, Quality, and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of process improvement efforts.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of processes and systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on process improvement methodologies and techniques.
  • Develop and implement process improvement solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality, including standard work processes, visual controls, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and track the progress of process improvement initiatives, and report results to senior management.
Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or consulting background, preferably in a manufacturing environment/projects.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as SQL will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience in developing Warehouse Management System will be a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
