Our client is a company in automotive interior decorative printing technology located in Cikarang - West Java .


About the Role:


Sales Manager (Automotive-Parts) will be responsible for driving business growth in the Automotive-parts industry with a focus on the automotive market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to identify and develop new products or improve existing products based on customer needs and market demands.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry, including OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and distributors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to drive business innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and present market analysis reports, product proposals, and sales presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities in the bearings industry, specifically for the automotive market.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services and expand the customer base.
  • Provide automotive expertise and technical support to customers and sales teams, answering inquiries and providing solutions to drive sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.


Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the automotive industry, preferably printing and plastics part.
  • Strong technical knowledge decorative printing application in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in business and product development for the automotive market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
