Job Description
Job Roles
  • Develop new digital sales channel O2O for XL Prioritas
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities including prospecting, presentation, project closures follow ups and actions taken
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategies for business growth
  • Analyze potential sales opportunities and market conditions
  • Improving digital sales tools capability
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the industry or market the company operates in is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with min 3 years experience
  • Good understanding of sales processes and techniques,
  • Sales target dan impact oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goals.
  • Experience develop digital channel of sales
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
