• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff members, providing guidance and support.
• Implement security measures to protect store assets and ensure employee safety.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store revenue and meet targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers and showcase merchandise effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Business acumen with an understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profitability.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
