Assistant Store Manager Jobs

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Store Manager to organize and run our retail stores. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Store Manager's responsibilities include developing skills as a shopkeeper, monitoring inventory, and merchandise. You will also research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds client expectations.

Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Store Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.

Responsibilities

1. Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, stock opname reports, and inventory reports.
2. Monitor and maintain store inventory.
3. Create reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc., and analyze and interpret retail data.
4. Support business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
5. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
6. Coordinate with headquarter in Korea regarding merchandising.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
8. Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
9. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
10. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share, including promotion strategy, merch, and menu creation.
11. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
12. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
13. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
14. Additional Assistant Store Manager duties as needed.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of proven successful experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Excellent communication skills in Korean will be a plus point.
