Experience in franchisee recruitment, training, and support.

Strong team leadership skills, with expertise in staff recruitment and training.

Supervise and support individual team members in their tasks and responsibilities.

Determine staff requirements and work alongside HR to help define job descriptions for each position..

Take necessary actions to address concerns and improve overall customer experience.

Preferably minimum 5 years experience in the similar role

Handle any other operational matters that may arise, ensuring smooth functioning of the branch.

Lead early morning meetings with teams to coordinate daily tasks and address previous day's issues.

Having competencies in leadership, selling skills, sales management, customer relationship management.
