Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:


  • Handle any other operational matters that may arise, ensuring smooth functioning of the branch.
  • Coordinate staff to ensure efficient teamwork and assign specific tasks.
  • Lead early morning meetings with teams to coordinate daily tasks and address previous day's issues.


Staff Management:


  • Ensure that all support departments are well-prepared and working in accordance with company standards.
  • Determine staff requirements and work alongside HR to help define job descriptions for each position..
  • Work closely with HR to oversee human resource management tasks, such as attendance tracking, onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary actions, at the branch level.
  • Supervise and support individual team members in their tasks and responsibilities.


Customer Service & Hospitality:


  • Take necessary actions to address concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels regularly.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and the local community to enhance the Company's reputation.
  • Monitor performance of CS agents and ensure correct processes are being followed regarding our customer chat facilities
  • Act as a role model for the team, promoting the company's values and culture.


Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, issues, and incidents for tracking and reporting purposes.


Branch Hygiene and Maintenance:


  • Inspect all areas of the branch throughout the day, to identify and address maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs or replacements as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is in proper working condition and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the branch always maintains a clean and hygienic environment for animals and our customers.


Team Training and Development:


  • Handle the training and onboarding of new customer service staff/ Branch New Joiner onto Customer / Company App.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among the team.
  • Understand and ensure that defined processes regarding the use of our technology is followed at the branch (check in/check out process, required information to be filled by doctors, billing process, etc.).
  • Identify training needs for all branch employees and arrange appropriate development programs (in a non-medical sense) on a continuous basis.


Emergency Preparedness:


  • Ensure the branch is prepared for emergencies, including having contingency plans in place for potential crisis situations.


Miscellaneous Operational Matters:


  • Handle any other operational matters that may arise to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.


Requierement

  • English proficient
  • Health /Hospitality industry/ Retail/Other relate
  • Strong self driven
  • Preferably minimum 5 years experience in the similar role
  • Agree for placement South or North of DKI Jakarta
