Job Description

Trans Entertainment is the most Sophisticated Indoor Theme Park in Indonesia. Trans Studio Theme Park, KidCity/Trans Studio Mini, Trans Snow World and Trans Studio Garden are ready to bringing imagination to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing all operational aspects including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital, Administration and Sales.
  • Develop targets and maintain company performance and lead marketing activities at branch offices
  • Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.
  • Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.

Qualifications:

  • Target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • High entrepreneurial spirit
  • Digital Savvy
  • Min. education level at Bachelor Degree all majors
  • Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
  • Able to communication in English (Preferred)
