Branch Operations Specialist Jobs

Supervise and support individual team members in their tasks and responsibilities.

Determine staff requirements and work alongside HR to help define job descriptions for each position..

Take necessary actions to address concerns and improve overall customer experience.

Preferably minimum 5 years experience in the similar role

Lead early morning meetings with teams to coordinate daily tasks and address previous day's issues.

Business-related experience in fund accounting and Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area.

Manage to achieve zero audit findings.

Good English skill both verbal and written

Monitor the work activities to ensure timelines and accuracy of the Fund Valuation in department, including data information distribution.

Process daily work in a timely and accurate manner as well as act as an escalation point for questions and research

Review associate work and provide signoff for complex transactions or sensitive clients

Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.

Having a minimum of 3 years of working experience as a manager-level in Sales manager, or Branch Manager.

Experience with Microsoft Office, tableau, and automated email platforms.

Excellent experience in used/new car business, conventional sales, and digital business sales.

Strategic leader able to build, manage and motivate sales teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Monitor and challenge line management on the control environment.

Able to navigate around the DB infrastructure and organization

Able to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues

Able to establish expectations and clear direction to meet goals and objectives of on-going work for a group of employees

Able to observe monitor, collect, and record data

Ability to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of data

Have a minimum of 1 years work experience in related field; Experience in the multifinance industry will be an advantage.

Having knowlegde about Project Management, Business Process, and Financial Analyst

Have a good communication, negotiation skills, and planning skills

Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Analyzing Branch performance result and give recommendation of analyzed performance.

Monitoring and reviewing Branch work procedures.
