Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field, with minimum GPA 3.00

Berlatar belakang pendidikan S1, memiliki sertifikasi pendidikan perbankan syariah menjadi poin plus.

Wajib memiliki pengalaman kerja di Kota Jember.

Memiliki pengalaman di dunia perbanka minimal selama 7 tahun.
