Branch Manager Jobs

Qualification:

• Minimum education Diploma III, preferably S1

• Minimum 2 years experience as a leader/manager/head of a banking branch.

• Having experience in funding in banking.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in the pension business

• Able to work under pressure, target and profit oriented

• Have good leadership, personality and attitude

• Able to mitigate risks and maintain NPL ratios

• Able to communicate, negotiate well

• Able to maintain good relations with banking relations or partners

Job description:

• Responsible for all targets for branch operational activities in the areas of Funding, Lending, Operation & Collection

• Ensuring Achievement Branch sales team is achieved every month according to the work plan and profit (profit)

• Ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable SOPs in the company

• Can be a good role model for all branch employees
