As the Branch Manager for Market Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and establishing new branches in strategic locations and sourcing potential franchisees

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to develop effective expansion strategies
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the senior management team based on market analysis
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential locations for new branches.

Branch Establishment and Development

• Manage the day-to-day operations of new branches, ensuring they meet sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness in new locations.
• Plan and execute the opening of new branches, including site selection, lease negotiations, and store setup

Franchisee Acquisition

• Identify and engage potential franchisees who align with our brand values and business goals
• Conduct franchisee recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and negotiations.
• Provide training and support to new franchisees to ensure their success.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in branch or franchise expansion.
• Strong team leadership skills, with expertise in staff recruitment and training.
• Ability to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Proficient in market research and analysis to guide expansion strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven success in branch establishment, from site selection to store setup.
• Willingness to be placed in any area within Indonesia.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on growth.
• Experience in franchisee recruitment, training, and support.
