ROLE : SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER

PLACEMENT : SIDOARJO, JAWA TIMUR

Job Responsibillities :

Manage in branch sales & marketing activity :

• Managing Sales Force to Achieve Target
• Vet Medicine Sales Process
• Budgeting Plan, Workplan, and Target Plan
• Monitoring & Evaluate Achievement
• Sales Planning
• Maintain Relation with Customer & Increase Customer Retention Ratio
• Creating S.M.A.R.T sales strategies

Job Specification :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Animal Husbandry or a Veterinary.
2. Having adequate Selling Skill, Marketing Skill, Negotiation Skill, and Communication Skill
3. Experienced in RELATED industry as a Branch Manager, minimum 5 years of experience.
4. Must have :

• Able to create mapping potential sales area
• Having great knowledge about animal medicine
• Competent with analytical thingking, innovative thinking, problem solving, and decison making.
• Having good relation with customer or target customer
• Familiar with Surabaya and East Java
• Integrity Mindset & Good Leadership
• Understand business process, sales strategy, and marketing about animal health & medicine (feedmill & feed additives)
• PREFERABLY DOMICILE IN SURABAYA / SIDOARJO
