Branch Manager - New Primagama Yos Sudarso

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

• Review franchise performance and productivity
• Work closely with the branches to meet sales goal
• Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with respected branches within your assigned portfolio
• Together with GM and other senior management
• Develop, deliver, and monitor the results of Sales training to the branch
• Supportthe branch's management to Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each branch within your assigned territory.
• Working in collaboration with other Business Unitsand leading a virtual team to drive and close opportunities.
• Together with GM and other senior management develop, deliver, and monitor the SOP for Sales in branches.
• Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your assigned branches.

Requirement

• Worthy achievement in Education / Hospitality business will be an advantage
• Attitude of occupation value, with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to have business traveling across east Indonesia
• Has 5 years experience in sales and a min of 3 years of it leading a number of sales teams.
• Excellent in English and IT Savvy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing
• Good leadership with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
