Branch Manager Clinic Aesthetic

Hi! We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Aesthetic Clinic located in Magelang and/or Wonosari.

:

• Maintain a positive work environment culture in every work unit, such as teamwork, discipline, and implementation of SOPs. 70% of the role involves creating marketing strategies and their execution, while 30% involves managing the team at the branch.
• Control and monitor daily branch operations.
• Ensure branch performance and achieve operational excellence in all aspects.

Qualifications:

• Possess good leadership skills, energy, and result-oriented.
• Willing to work in Magelang or Wonosari.
• Willing to attend training in Yogyakarta.
• Presentable, friendly, and communicative.
• Minimum D3 degree in any field or previous experience in managerial or supervisory positions for at least 2 years (preference given to those with experience in skin care clinics, retail, F&B, or hospitals).
