At least 3 years of working experiences as Supervisor, Manager Operational in retail, banking, hospitality and healthcare

Understand future staffing requirements and create, execute and support clinical staff recruitment and retention strategies

Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties

Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory

Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care

Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs

Strong leadership and management skills

Bachelor's degree in management, business, supply chain, administration, marketing, or a related field

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the beauty clinic industry

Monitor and supervise clinic managers to ensure they are meeting their targets

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff

Ensure branch performance and achieve operational excellence in all aspects.

Control and monitor daily branch operations.

Willing to work in Magelang or Wonosari.

Willing to attend training in Yogyakarta.

Minimum 2 years experience in clinic operation/hospital management/hospital operation as Clinic Manager, Clinic Operation

Responsible for clinic operational management.

Primary responsible for maintaining and increasing clinic business performance.

Responsible for maintaining service quality and service excellence in the clinic.

Responsible to be a communicator between Klinik Pintar and the clinic.

Analyze clinic patients' demands, providing information & solution according to their needs.

·Knowledge of and proficiency in finance, human resource management, and principles of business

·Assists in the management of day-to-day dental operations to ensure patient needs are met

·Possesses an understanding of the dental receptionist/front office role and offers occasional support as needed

·Having working experience in a healthcare environment is preferred

·One year of supervisory experience

·Working experience at a dental clinic is highly preferred
