Area Manager (Beauty Clinic)

We are looking for Area Manager to oversee the operations of our five beauty clinics (Sozo Clinic). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty clinic or healthcare industry and will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the supervision of clinic managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Achieve sales targets across all clinics
• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance
• Monitor and supervise clinic managers to ensure they are meeting their targets
• Train and develop clinic staff to improve performance and customer service
• Ensure all clinics operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all clinics

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the beauty clinic industry
• At least 4 years of experience in the beauty clinic industry or healthcare, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, supply chain, administration, marketing, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
