Human Resources Manager (Beauty Clinic)

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial relations and ensure a positive work environment
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and culture
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards
• Develop and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Manager to join our team at Seven Retail Group (Sozo Clinic). As the HR Generalist Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, industrial relations, compensation and benefits (payroll), and training and development.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle industry
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, industrial relations, compensation and benefits (payroll), and training and development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
