Job Description

Our client is looking for a seasoned HR leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experiences in the electronic, manufacturing, or mining industries. Dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of technological advancement. With a commitment to driving positive change and a history of ground breaking achievements, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of these interconnected industries.


Responsibilities:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner to our executive leadership, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources within the country. Your role will encompass, but not be limited to:


  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on people-related matters and contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR policies, practices, and programs across the organization.
  • Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Playing a pivotal role in organizational change management, external relations, supporting transformations, and facilitating a smooth transition for stakeholders.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
  • Overseeing end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leading a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience within the electronic, manufacturing, or mining industries is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • Change management expertise with a history of successfully driving organizational transformations.
