Requirements:

• Able to build or create training reports.
• Able to conduct training session and activities with the most suitable method.
• Have 2 years working experience as beauty trainer or similar role.
• Confident in delivering training material for all organization's level.
• Have understanding in sales activities and target.
• Leadership mentality & strong management skills.
• Good presence through proper grooming.
• Energetic, detail oriented, & able to work in a team.
• Preferably have pharmaceutical or medical educational background.

• Update own knowledge and skills related to skincare and beauty products
• Work with stakeholders to held a fruitful training sessions
• Schedule training session on product knowledge
• Prepare training modules and needs for training
• Analyze pre/post test and training evaluation form for future improvement
