As the Content Creative Lead, you will helm our Creative Team, spearheading our content strategy and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the forefront. Your leadership will guide Video Editors, Social Media Specialists, Content Planners, and Content Creators in delivering top-notch content that captivates our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to deliver on our strategy.
  • Drive improvements in content delivery and promotion.
  • Establish and enforce content governance guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and voice.
  • Lead a diverse team of Video Editors, Social Media Specialists, and Content Creators.
  • Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars for our brand.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust the content marketing strategy based on performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute the editorial calendar and content proposition.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing daily content plans for TikTok ad campaigns.
  • A strong foundation in TikTok and beauty trends.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, product-focused advertisements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Adherence to the WFO (Work From Office) policy.
  • Experience in devising cross-platform content strategies.
  • Strong acumen for content analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy or as a social media specialist.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in the agency or beauty industry will be highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership experience.
