Production Lead Jobs

Production Lead:

• Able to do research content for designated channel individual and team’
• Record voice over if needed
• Able to creating script and storyboard for campaign purpose
• Able to leading the team during shooting for campaign or photoshoot
• Handling production from pre-production until post production
• Able to do research & write the titles, copy thumbnail, and hashtag for the designated video content

Graphic & Video Editing:

• Actively collaborate with marketing team to develop on-point & engaging visuals within the brand & with third parties as well.
• Always come up with new design trends and generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from Content Strategist Lead and other departments
• Experienced with using camera
• Actively reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements.
• Ensure the overall aesthetic and stay consistent for the company branding purposes
• Design for lookbooks, invitations, newsletters, and marketing assets across print and digital channels
• Always come up with new editing trends and generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from Content Strategist Lead and other departments
• Fearless experiments and design anything from branding to advertisements to web design and everything in between
• Develop engaging visual concept and establish a clear understanding of the story line and purpose of the video's creation
• Edit footage or raw videos into an attractive and high-quality video content for promotion and branding needs

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently as well as team-work with partners
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multitask startup environment
• Min. 2 years experience as a graphic designer & video editor
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe illustrator, Canva, Figma, desktop publishing tools like photoshop or illustrator
• Have experience working around fashion or brand related is more preferred
• Creative professional with technical skills for design graphic and video editing
• Portfolio submission is a must
• Degree holder (min. S1 From reputable universities)
• Strong proficiency in online video editing tools like adobe premiere, final cut, etc
• Responsible, creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
