Production Manager (Fine Garments)

This is a well-known company globally that produces fine garments with very high quality standards. They are searching for someone who can ensure timely supply of finished goods, manage & develop skills and training the team members, as well as implement the systems for proper management of the production department.

• Plant and machinery management / maintenance.
• Maintain good & strong sense of teamwork for achieving maximum results.
• Work closely with sampling section for processing new styles and target dates for all samples.
• Validate the export plan.
• Effective use of the raw material.
• Proper allocation of production- Conduct daily production meeting with the production team to discuss all production related problems and give solutions.
• Work closely with QC, merchandising, inventory control and warehouse.
• Increase production efficiency and reduce cost.
• Determine production capacity in each section and targets to be achieved.
• Take action on customer complaints in discussion with team.
• Performance evaluation of the team members and give suggestions to management accordingly.
• Training the team members- Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact-based problem solving.
• Organize and coordinate the progress of all the production processes and ensure that the finished goods are in a good quality and on time deliver to meet customers’ requirements.

Qualifications, Experience and Education desired:

• Open Minded and Eager to Learn
• Experience Garment manufacturing
• Experience with production techniques based on industrial engineering methods
• You should know & understand all aspects of garment production, technical & non-technical

• Successfully managed up to 1000 work force
• Have an attitude for trouble shooting, fast response, and be proactive and empathetic.
