Engineering Manager Jobs

Engineering manager ensure the machine and utility facility could performing in accordance to the required specification and to support production process could achieve the target. To manage the engineer personnel , do the cost estimation of spare parts and machine that will be used for production process and manage the budget in accordance with the lead time.

Requirements:

• Have minimum 5 years experiences as Engineering Manager in manufacturing / 10 years experiences working experience manufacturing industry.
• S-1 Industrial Engineer / Electro Engineer / Mechanical Engineer or equivalent background on engineer field

Responsibilities:

• Replace the task and responsibilities of Factory Manager, if Factory Manager unable to attend.
• Ensure the technician and engineering team has good knowledge regarding with machine, method, documentation and process.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance program is performing in accordance to the applicable program and required target.
• Performing the innovation of existing machine as a process optimization
• Fulfill Engineering Department Key Performance Indicator correctly.
• Ensure and monitor the corrective maintenance of electrical / mechanical machine run properly (production machine, sterility machine, QC Instruments, Supporting facility (i.e : AHU, Compressor)
• Ensure the program of mold management, mold maintenance and mold repair for injection machine could run properly and meet the specification.
• Ensure the availability of machine / tolls spare part in accordance to the needs in order to prevent the machine breakdown
