Tiktok Content Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Pay attention to TikTok industry trend & topics, aware the dynamics of competing products and propose corresponding countermeasures.
• Coordinate with key account executives or business development team to find out client's requirements and determine performance metrics and objectives (sales, engagement, AWT, etc)
• Monitor production timeline and ensure all productions run smoothly, outputs are delivered on time and as per client's requirements
• Manage and oversees team of content planner, content editor, and videographer
• Ensure output quality through approval and revision process
• Conduct periodical results review of project and team performance and develop action plan for improvement.
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
