Commercial Lead - Tiktok Shop Partner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with related functions (hosts, operator, content creative team, KOL specialist, etc.) to ensure smooth executions of plan.
• Plan and execute investment budget and maintain healthy ROI
• Responsible for the overall project performance from all activation angles from TikTok shop (Live Streaming, Short Videos, Affiliate, Showcase and shopping center) by creating end-to-end strategy including live script, product curation, campaign/promotion, studio looks, etc.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with client and platform AM
• Collect and analyze the data of each live sessions, create improvement plan to optimize store performance
• Stay up to date with project's competitors and industries trend and develop countermeasures plan
• Create SKU & Set up pricing

Qualification

• At least S1 (Economy, Communication, Business Management)
• Previous experience in leading a team would be a plus
• Possess good professional communication skills and analytical skills
• Adept at campaign and project planning
• Fluent in English
• Have experience in e-commerce operation at least 1-2 year, TikTok is a plus
• Detail oriented and can work under pressure
