Tiktok Content Lead Jobs

:

1. Design and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative TIKTOK projects and supervise them to completion

2. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the creative team to generate ideas (concepts, guidelines, and strategies) for TikTok content and account branding

3. Lead creation team to produce new content for various TikTok accounts

4. Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest TikTok trend

5. Create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for the Livestream room

6. Work with the Product team in generating insights and analytics for the advertiser

7. Effectively drive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

2. Experience in TikTok Content is a big plus

3. Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and account/employer branding

4. Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

5. Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

5. Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize allocated resources and talents

6. Up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends

7. Have excellent ability in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)

8. Able to work in a team or individual

9. Fluent in English both verbally and written

10. Detail-oriented

11. Willing to work in Mampang, Jakarta Selatan
