Marketing And Content Lead

BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up, selling events, movies, attractions, and more. We empower event organisers and venue owners by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to door.

Our team in the Marketing and Content Department, is a multi-disciplinary team, working together in ensuring to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that promote the brand, attract customers, and drive business growth.

What you'll do:

1. Lead the Marketing and Content Department, including event digital marketing specialist, graphic designer, and social media specialists, ensuring efficient workflow, collaboration, and adherence to deadlines.
2. Branding: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image throughout all marketing materials, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and effectively represents the company's entertainment offerings.
3. Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing and content strategies specifically designed for an entertainment or ticketing company, with a focus on driving ticket sales, event attendance, and customer engagement.
4. Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels and tactics specifically relevant to the entertainment industry, such as social media advertising, influencer partnerships, content partnerships
5. Event Promotion: Collaborate with event organizers, promoters, and artists to develop and execute marketing plans that generate buzz and excitement around upcoming events, utilizing both online and offline channels.
6. Content Creation: Initiate, supervise and/or create captivating and persuasive content that promotes events, shows, and performances, including event descriptions, promotional materials, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
7. Ticket Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to maximize ticket sales
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor ticket sales, website traffic, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to optimize marketing strategies.

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Strong written and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Team player with good interpersonal and an eye for details
• Passion for the Arts & Entertainment world

This role would be a good fit if you have:

• Worked in a start-up would be an added advantage
• 3-5 years of Marketing and Content working experience
• A background in Marketing and Content, or an equivalent education/practical experience
