JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Creative Content Officer

• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Using analytical tools such as Tiktok, Instagram , Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
• Able to shoot photography and videography for social media purpose
• Performing other duties when needed
• Collaborating with internal / external departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, identify and solve problems
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts using editing software (Adobe, Canva, etc) improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
• Assisting Creative content lead during photography shoot and video shooting
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
• Managing daily social media posts

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Time-management skills
• Experienced with luxury company or luxury goods
• Proven working minimum 1 year experience in content creator or as a social media officer
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
• Minimum Bachelor Degree around DKV/ Komunikasi / related field.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (picture/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Adequate knowledge of Good Quality Content and simple SEO
• Must submit your portfolio
• Willing to do WFO at South Jakarta
• Previously working in fashion or brand company
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
