Junior Creative Content Manager

We're looking for a Junior Content Manager to support our teams in helping with managing content and creating visual materials. Requires creativity, organisation, attention to detail, multitasking, and a passion for impactful content and designs.

Responsibilities

• Create content following a brand guideline, including visually appealing supporting graphics, images and visual elements.
• Maintain and organise files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
• Support the design team, by updating templated design assets such as banners, social media posts, and website visuals.
• Assist with data cleaning and ensuring that all content data is up to date and relevant.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn with the ability to handle feedback and continuously improve skills.
• Support in content sourcing and research where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure content meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Manage and update app content through a variety of platforms including CMS and spreadsheet tables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the client’s brand.
• Assist in quality assurance testing to ensure designs are error-free and user experience is faultless.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential skills:

• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic design skills in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite, however training will be given.
• Familiarity with digital design processes, including file preparation, prepress, and image optimisation.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various clients and platforms.
• Good understanding of written English to be able to edit text to fit user interface design. English speaker and writer.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition in design.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and handle feedback professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Show capability and passion to work within the creative and technology industry.
