Junior Creative Designer Jobs

Fortius is a leading branding and digital marketing agency. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Creative Designer to join our team. As a Junior Creative Designer, you will be responsible for producing compelling and innovative designs that align with our clients' needs. You will collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that every design project achieves its set objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Design and create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various marketing materials, including digital and print media.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts according to project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding across different platforms and channels.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets for future reference and ease of collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and techniques.
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
