You’ll succeed if you have…

  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  7. Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing/PR agency and/or Media.
  8. Understand the media landscape in Indonesia. Preferably have strong connections with media, journalists in Jakarta, and other big cities.
  9. Understand the content creator landscape in Indonesia and be able to develop social media strategy to amplify Talenesia’s mission.
  10. Understand the basic environment of Indonesia’s workforce and education system.
  11. Excel in ideation, content planning, producing, and editing video content in social media, especially Instagram Reels, TikTok.
  12. Able to provide immediate optimization insights based on past experiments & latest social media trends/updates.
  13. Having good knowledge in market research , quantitative/ qualitative and other research activities.
  14. High in GRIT with the ability to work in fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative working environments.


Your responsibilities will be...

  1. Define, build and drive Talenesia’s content strategy and priorities from conceptualizing, designing to reach Talenesia’s business goals, vision and mission.
  2. Develop original, informative, and engaging content for various digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media, and other marketing collaterals.
  3. Develop communications campaigns to build Talenesia’s reputation through multiple channels through social media, traditional media, content creators, partnerships and other relevant channels.
  4. Work with the team to ideate and brainstorm creatively impactful contents and activations that will lead to impactful reach and engagement scores.
  5. Manage and plan monthly editorial content for social media, KOL influencer, blog, press release (from planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation) and drive the OKR results across social platforms
  6. Stay on top of the latest trends, emergent issues and market behavior in our industry that will advance our social media content.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to support them in creating related content and achieving goals (for marketing campaigns and events)
  8. Choosing the right metrics to report instead of vanity metrics and regularly provide meaningful content strategy reports that are highly relevant to business context.
  9. Build and manage good relationships with social media counterparts, media, and community.
