Digital Content Strategist Jobs

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating entertaining content.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for an end-to-end performance of Content team and design strategic initiatives to drive team performance

- Design new strategies and lead a team to drive seller growth

- Develop and launch strategic initiatives (both operationally and commercially)

- Conduct analysis, reports, decks, and high level insights for top management presentations

- Lead discussions and design interviews or surveys with sellers in various categories to gain insights into their strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement

- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to gain insights into their strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement; and share ideas to improve their performance

- Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues within the e-Commerce and Social Media industry

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above

- 1 to 2 years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience

- Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail

- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)

- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial

- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory.
