4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, design, and product teams, to gather information, understand key messaging, and ensure consistency across all digital content.
5. Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Optimize content for various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and third-party publishing platforms.
7. Monitor content performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track engagement metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience in digital content creation and marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital content pieces and their impact.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor content to different target audiences and platforms.
4. Solid understanding of digital content marketing principles, including SEO, storytelling, brand voice, and audience segmentation.
5. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
6. Familiarity with keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO best practices to drive organic visibility and traffic.
7. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with innovative content ideas and strategies to achieve marketing goals.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality content under pressure.
9. Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
