Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to be responsible for managing and developing training content with a wide variety courses to give the best training content to our customer. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Writing, editing and proofreading training content.
• Identify and develop new potential training content that is needed and impactful to market opportunities with potential partners and clients.
• Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
• Monitor and analyze performance of the existing content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Building content team
• Provide regular reports on content team update.
• Formulating content strategy.
• Building the content roadmap
• Managing a content team
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
• Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Understand about video content creation, and have an experience in learning management system is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have an experience in building curriculum and learning content, physical and digital
• 5+ years of experience in content development, curriculum development, training development, business development, or related field
• Make the things done attitude.
• Self-starter.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
