Responsibilities

• Digital novel platform operation: formulate, plan, and execute strategic and operational objectives. Be responsible for writer activity and retention for certain novel categories.
• Maintain partnership relationships with key partners, including MCNs, writer agencies and organizations.
• Novel writer recruitment and management. Establish a tiered progression system to assist writer growth. Responsible for boosting the total number of writers and writer retention.
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reach higher retention, and deliver excellent writer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-regional development teams and module division, ensuring consistency and efficiency among teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet needs in time.
• Great logical and data sensitivity.
• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
• Full proficiency in English, both in written and oral.
• 3+ years of experience in the digital platform industry, mobile app operation experience preferred.
