Finance Operation Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operation Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative business operations, specifically in the dealer and leasing sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dealer and finance operations, with a preference for experience in Multifinace.

Responsibilities:

• Generate reports in collaboration with the business analyst team, focusing on automating Google Sheets and report creation.
• Support administrative business operations, focusing on dealer and leasing activities.
• Display exceptional attention to detail, considering all potential risks that may occur throughout the entire process.
• Proficient in working with Excel and Google Sheets as mandatory tools.
• Utilize advanced disbursement techniques to analyze trends and project money disbursement based on sales data.
• Utilize checker tagih AR and payment systems for dealer transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in payments and perform necessary checks before disbursement to dealers.
• Welcome external candidates to apply for the position.
• Demonstrate independent leadership skills in managing and overseeing operations.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate a daily NCD 5 transaction load.
• Collaborate with the business analyst team to liaise non-system information via Google Sheets.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the flow process between dealers and financiers.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage risks.
• Previous experience in dealer and finance operations, preferably within the Multifinace industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the business analyst team.
• Flexibility in working hours to handle the daily NCD 5 transaction load.
