Optimus Consulting (Optimus) is a technology-based HR consultant company which aims to help organizations to manage their end-to-end HR cycle. Optimus believes that the implementation of technology will drive efficiency on both HR administrative and operative tasks such as recruitment and selection, training, performance management, and reporting and analysis. This will help HR personnel to make a larger contribution to the organization’s people strategy.
We’d be especially excited about meeting you if you have :
- Having 2 years experience in finance, accounting, tax
- Strong verbal & written communication skill, excellent in Ms. Excel
- Having experience in financial administration, tax calculation, basic accounting and basic payroll
- Experienced in coordinating with various divisions / departments
- Experienced in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, clients, and third parties.
- Willing to mobile around jabodetabek
Your responsibilities:
- Create and update daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Keep records tax calculation
- Support payroll calculation
- Create finance report
