You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures adherence to all internal and external financial reporting guidelines
• Ensures productivity measures are in accordance with guidelines and performance is managed. Work as a partner with other functions to ensure business can run efficiently and growth rapidly
• Analyses deviations in detail including corrective actions
• Account reconciliations
• Takes responsibility for preparation and analysis of complex accounting issues under supervision of Financial Controller
• Daily bookkeeping for Company operational activities
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly internal and external reports
• Accomplishes accounting, tax and reporting activities
• Prepares monthly and yearly tax submissions
• Drives consistency, standardization, and digitalization of financial processes
• Prepares all commercial activities of the Company under supervision of Financial Controller

For you to be the IDEAL candidate, you should have the following:

• Fluent in English
• Detailed oriented with understanding of the potential impact of transactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written email)
• Excellent knowledge of technical accounting, tax and internal control principles.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Tax and Accounting function.
• In depth knowledge of SAP or Oracle preferred
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and follow-through skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Strong understanding of team dynamics in fast paced environment
