Senior Finance Analyst Jobs

A local IT startup business is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support their business in Jakarta. In this job you will be responsible for all finance, budgeting and business partnering for the company along with other ad hoc issues.

About The Senior Finance Analyst Role

The Senior Finance Analyst will assist the Finance Business Partner to enhance overview on Business Performance, be an active partner to support operational activities, and drive financial performance. Senior Finance Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide necessary financial rigour and analytics, maintain compliance, and help the organisation to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance metrics to drive strategy execution
• Support and provide necessary insights for management reporting as requested
• Actively participate in new business initiatives, develops necessary financial projections and scenario analysis
• Understands systems and tools. Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in the systems, enabling a single source of truth
• Provide expert thought in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems
• Monitor and review current financial performance and achievements to ensure the Company is on the right track to achieve financial targets
• Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting

To succeed in this role, you must possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
• Minimum of five years of total experience, with the last two years in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Understands cost drivers and cost-cutting strategies
• Strong knowledge and Experience in operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Based locally in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Self-starter, flexible, with a high level of integrity. Is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Relevant certification such as CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA is an advantage
