Visionnaires Capital is a boutique M&A advisory firm specialising in M&A and Growth Capital. Despite its lean size, Visionnaire Capital is known for its deal closure rate and in 2022 alone, 7 M&A transactions have been completed by the firm with total transactions size more than US$500 Million.

For those interested on this job, be sure to read the following before applying. If you think this is a glamorous job with a good sounding industry and title, but with no understanding of this job, this is not the place for you. Given the boutique nature, the good thing is that all analysts will get to have their hands dirty and will be able to be part of the whole M&A process. For bigger firms, this role will likely only involve research work for 2-3 years. We are only looking out for people who are passionate about corporate finance and has the same passion as the firm in helping businesses and entrepreneurs succeed.
